KAMA on the Move: Energizing Communities and Building a Future
The Kenya Anglican Men Association (KAMA) Mumias diocese has been making significant strides this year. They have conducted several successful archdeaconry rallies, which not only strengthened their bonds but also inspired action among members. The rallies resulted in the registration of ten new members in the ACK Sacco, marking a milestone in the association’s growth.
With eyes set on the future, KAMA has lined up a series of impactful events. They are gearing up for an upcoming conference in Katakwa Diocese from August 12th to 15th. This will be followed by the Diocesan KAMA Conference at Maraba Secondary from November 19th to 22nd and the Provincial Conference in the Nyanza region at Chemilil Secondary from December 2nd to 5th.
Under the dynamic leadership of Revd. Julias Mahasi, KAMA plans to launch an income-generating project that promises to uplift the community and further the association’s goals. The enthusiasm among the men is palpable as they rally behind these initiatives, urging archdeacons to lend their support.
KAMA is a men’s fellowship in the Anglican Church of Kenya whose aim is to equip men to transform the family, church and society through the gospel of Christ.
