Pastoral Visit to Newly Planted Churches in Navakholo

Diocesan Bishop Rt Rev Dr Joseph Wandera today visited some newly planted ACK churches in Navakholo and Malava constituencies.

The newly established churches include,Ucheka, Lukhuna, Musidi, Sawawa and Mulwanda The new communities of faith are impacting peoples lives spiritually and socially.

In his address, Bishop Wandera expressed heartfelt gratitude for the local acceptance of the Anglican Church. He promised to supply 30 iron sheets for the construction of Lukhuna Church and provided barbed wire to secure the land at Ucheka Church, which also supports Ucheka primary School.

The Bishop’s vision for the new churches in the area include spiritual renewal,and socio economic development through provision of access to health facilities and clean water.

Despite the challenging road conditions, the day was a success, marked by hope and progress for the local churches and their communities.
